An online session involves a consultation that is an hour long, where we will discuss your current area of focus or problem and a bit about your family history. I will ask about points that are relevant. I will then assist you through the process of investigation in what is known as the unconscious / knowing field, which will reveal and bring to light areas of tension that need releasing or healing. This process often takes the form similar to a guided meditation.
