If you are entering a new phase of your life, be it a new job, a new relationship, becoming a parent, or any other life transition, I can help you center yourself for the shift. We will work together to ground yourself in what is important to you and identify what you want to carry forward and what you are ready to let go as you enter your next chapter.
I have several types of reflection activities that can be customized to suit your situation, personality, and preferences. I’m very flexible and want to build something that works for you!
Ideally we would have at least 2 hours for this reflection.
