When you are so busy in your head you sometimes need to tune into something else to free you from your worry.

(I have to write 800 characters here but they say that an image can say more than a thousand words and that is what's the case here. Images that are used as 'whole makers', that enable you to re-connect to your essence, to land in your heart, and that I therefore call 'heart landers'). :-)
