As a Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Instructor and Teacher for Waldorf Education, I believe in freedom. Sometimes what we need to "get things going" in our lives is a little movement. Change is challenging and the anxiety it brings with it can be paralyzing but remembering pranayama breathing methods and other yogic healing practices, you will be better equipped to manage life's stresses.

Training & Qualifications
Certified Hatha Yoga Instructor by Yoga Alliance and FRCC. I have been teaching yoga for Waldorf Education in Portland, Oregon since August. I teach mindfulness and stress management workshops for students of all ages, especially high school students.
