This is the "real deal" of chicken parm recipies. I learned this recipe by working with a local chef who owned several Italian restaraunts and a catering company. This savory dish has been served to thousands of dining guests at events such as weddings, graduations, and reunions. Since working in an Italian restaraunt, I have used this recipe in my home as a way to WOW my guests with an incredible chicken dish that is not often served outside of a restaraunt. Uses common ingredients and kitchen equipment. Easy to scale up, depending on your event or head count. Able to be modified to suit certain dietary restrictions such as dairy or gluten, possibly others as well. Can be served stand alone, casserole style, over pasta, sandwich, etc.
My services will be a list of ingredients and cooking instructions, including certain brands, seasonings and specific preparation methods that distinguish my recipie over one that would be found elsewhere.
