In 1986, when the Chernobyl nuclear disaster occurred, one of my yoga teachers was living in Germany. Winds were spreading the radiation westward, so she directly asked her spiritual teacher for help. She was given this juice recipe and meditation to practice, to help keep her immune system and nervous system strong.
