I will help you incorporate positive health habits to your daily schedule, that will ultimately change your life!! I have incorporated wonderful health habits in my life and can attest that meditation, a proper diet, and whole foods are key to self-love and happiness.
I will motivate you and provide conseling throughout your journey to health. I will give you healthy recipes and valuable food options that are easy and delicious! For fitness, I will recommend specific exercises and according to your likes and dislikes. Working holistically on the mind, body, spirit prevents illness and gives you more energy to do what really you want to do, with a smile on your face. Let's get fit and healthy!!
Training & Qualifications
I have a Bachelor's in Public Health. I also run every morning and have life experience in improving my health through vegetarianism, eating more fruits and vegetables, and doing yoga.
