I enjoy helping others work through the things that are bothering them and offering a different outlook.
I think sometimes the hardest things are the best lessons but it can be a challenge to spot the silver lining when you’re in the midst of it.
Maybe you’re not looking for a silver lining but instead looking for help in trying to adjust to a new change in your life. Some way to reconcile “what was” to “what is” now?
Perhaps it’s more about finding a way to change certain thought processes to better yourself. A mantra maybe or just working on changing habitual thoughts to something more productive.
All of these things have been things that I’ve personally found that getting the perspective of someone on the outside has been beneficial.
