Using the power of your subconscious mind to change the direction of your life and create new beneficial habits. We will spend time discussing what you would like to work on and prepare a plan for how to work through it during hypnosis. It may take multiple sessions, but we will work through your presenting issue(s) together. Our session will be partly going over paperwork and life history questions so we can get to know each other, then I will guide you to relax and begin the hypnosis portion of your session. Everything is done over Zoom so you can experience the power of hypnotherapy from the comfort of your own home.
