Architectual Design Work

Based on location, I can render architectural services; also known as design development which is made up of drafting, rendering, and sketching to explore ideas and form of a project. As I have not been fully trained to deliver full construction documents, but I can give something close but lacking in fine grain details.
I see myself as a community architect taking on the small and collective projects private firms won't.
A unit here is about 3-6 hours of work from me. If its something that takes longer I will ask for more time.
a package is usually one drawing, including a plan, section and elevation, chosen based on importance. and/or a massing model done in sketchup.
Training & Qualifications
I hold a Bachelors in Architecture from City College of New York. a 5 year program.
Availability & Preferences
weekday afternoons and some evenings and weekend nights.
