Help you with any application, website, or information technology. This is personalized support with whatever program you are trying to use. Just let me know what the program is and what you'd like to be able to do with the program and I'll help you figure out how to do it (or share the bad news that you can't do what you want with that program - but then tell you which program you need to do it.)

....... or just about anything else involving a program or application. I have over thirty years of experience in teaching a variety of applications and have developed several personalized instruction for individuals who needed help with their information technology.
Training & Qualifications
I teach information technology at Kutztown University. In 1985 I started a company called Computer Educational Services (which I sold in 1993) so I've been teaching people how to use technology both individually and in classes since then. I am an expert in Microsoft application programs (Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint, Publisher) and can pretty much figure out any application in a very short period of time. I have a Master's Degree in Educational Psychology (Instructional Design) from Temple University and a Doctorate in Educational Technology from Lehigh University.
Availability & Preferences
My schedule is very tight, and my availability varies, but I'm open to doing up to 3 hours per month.
