Have you ever wanted to know more about hypnotherapy? Or had a burning question about what really goes on during Hypnosis?
I love chatting with people about what I do, answering questions, and helping dispel the great deal of myths and misinformation out there about Hypnotherapy!

Training & Qualifications
I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist, counselor & NLP practitioner with training in Pediatric Hypnosis, EFT, and an educational background in Applied Psychology with a focus on Positive Psychology & Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
