Help diagnose and find solutions to possible problems with technical issues on a range of devices; phone, computer, Keurig, gaming console, personal vaporizer, virtual reality equipment, analog audio equipment, A/V hookup, basic networking (routers, smart devices etc). If you find you're stuck on an issue, and your Google skills are failing your specific task, I'll attempt to brainstorm with you some possible problems and fixes or workarounds and impart some knowledge I've picked up in the field. I'm highly analytical and can sniff out root causes effectively, even if a problem has a solution that is outside my direct resolve path
Training & Qualifications
Technical Support with a major phone company and have been diagnosing and solving problems with my own equipment for years, with a variety of sources of equipment. Others can be logically assumed based on the nature and I'm very adept at filling in the blanks, even if the tech is not in my wheelhouse or I've encountered directly.
Availability & Preferences
