As a life coach, I partner with clients to disable negative beliefs and thought patterns, establish new perspectives and actions, and help individuals live a more purposeful and joy-filled life. I use numerous tools, including oracle cards, Human Design charts and self assessment tools.
Training & Qualifications
I am formally certified with 125 hours (ACF eligible) of live coach training through Seattle Life Coach Training. I also use my training in Human Design to align clients with their natural gifts and energy and move forward authentically.
Availability & Preferences
Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
