I will explain Autism and Asperger's from the expert perspective of an Aspie MS Counseling student. I am building a diagnosed and degreed program for people on the spectrum studying the spectrum. Just like the best African-American or gay/lesbian experts are African-Americans or gay/lesbians, rather than Caucasians or straight. Sure Caucasians and straight people have a perspective, we all do, but African-Americans and gay/lesbians have lived experience about their own kind. They are the true experts!
