I will offer a thirty minute session in which you can express your grief. We will talk about ways to cope with your loss. While commonly this is used for those who have lost a loved one, grief can come through many scenarios. The loss of a beloved pet, your job, an injury, a relationship, or even general depression can be causes for grief. The best thing to do is to talk it out with someone. Sometimes a sympathetic ear can do wonders for a grieving heart. There are also techniques to cope with your grief and we will discuss those. The most important thing to remember is that your feelings are valid and that sharing them with someone is a healthy way to express those feelings. I have experience several types of grief in my life and have successfully learned to cope with them. Please feel free to reach out, I am here to help.
Training & Qualifications
I have experience many types of grief in my life at various stages of my life. I have also suffered from chronic depression. Through a variety of treatments I have learned to overcome my depression and cope with my various losses. Through my experiences I have learned several techniques that I want to share with others who may be suffering.
