I will provide a comprehensive recipe on any dish you would fancy. Full instructions and also video if I am able on how to prepare it. I specialize in southern comfort foods,Italian, and Mexican. I can find anything though. I will provide a recipe with basic and easily obtainable ingredients. This comes especially handy if you are stuck in a small area like me and cant get your hands on some rare ingredients or specialty store ingredients. If it calls for a lot of those ingredients I will try to find great easily obtainable substitutions.
Training & Qualifications
I LOVE cooking and recipes. Have been doing it for almost 20 years now. I have been a fantastic home cook and worked in restaurants as well!
