I will send you the url to a website where you can access 50 mp3 files, each of which is a half-hour Spanish lesson for absolute beginners.

They've been built on my own methodology, and recorded by myself and two friends.

They're very simple - you hear a prompt in English, you have a pause in which to say it in Spanish, and then you hear it said twice in Spanish.

Everything you meet gets repeated at specific intervals to build your memories in the fastest possible time.

Although the approach is simple, that doesn't mean it's easy - it works by forcing your brain to make the effort it needs to become a confident Spanish speaker - by the end of each session, you'll probably feel as though your brain has just gone through several cycles in a washing machine.

Don't worry, that feeling wears off...;-)

And when you start to get the sensation (as one of our learners put it) that Spanish words are just 'bubbling up in your brain', you'll know that it was worth the effort...:-)
