I will share my gluten-free, vegan if applicable, pineapple fried rice recipe with you! I adapted the recipe from a few different recipes that I found online. After trial and error, I wrote down my recipe. This is one of my go-to dishes when I have company over or an trying to impress people. Also check out my peanut sauce recipe -- it adds the perfect finishing touch to the fried rice!
Training & Qualifications
I'm an excellent cook and measure my ingredients, so there's no guesswork in my recipe! I enjoy cooking and sharing healthy food recipes with people! I understand the difficulties that folks have if they are gluten free and/or vegan.
