Are you having a disagreement with your roommate about the division of chores? A quarrel with your neighbor over their yard being a mess? If you have a minor dispute, and would like a neutral third party to weigh in, I will be that person. :)

You message me a brief explanation of your issue, and I ask any questions I might have. After getting clarification if needed, I'll give you my judgement. Because sometimes we just need someone who is not invested in the argument to get a little clarity and compromise.

I think it would work best if BOTH sides agree to this and give me their version of events/side of the argument, but in the tradition of "Am I The A**hole" posts, if you just want to privately ask about something where you're maybe questioning yourself, I can do that too.

I offer this service in the hopes of helping people diffuse tensions. I see so much escalation in the world today, and on social media, where neighbors don't even talk to each other, they just assume the worst and act accordingly. I've long thought we need more things to settle these natural disputes between neighbors like having a trusted third party or perhaps a wise elder in the community or a neutral SOMEBODY to weigh in before people "go nuclear," as it were. So I thought, hey - that's a service I can offer. :)
