This is my first time doing a scoby and kombucha brew from scratch anf i dont know what's at the bottom of my bottle. I feel like its settled tea particles since the Google photos of scoby mold dont look like what I have going on. But if theres any experienced brewers out there that could help me identify I would greatly appreciate the help!
