I need my hair desperately cut and dyed I have the back part shaved and I need it redone I also need the rest of it trimmed as I currently have a ton of split ends my hair is currently bright pink and I would like for it to be a more natural colour and be like an ombré type thing if possible it is my 21st birthday next month and I would like to have it done before then please help
