As a professional fiction editor for over a decade, an indie author, and a former publisher of my own ebook magazine, I have a lot of experience in most aspects of the book publishing industry. And what I don't know, I can usually direct you to someone who can help you or to a place where you can find that information on your own.
I will get on a Skype call with you and brainstorm your novel, give you writing advice, answer questions about writing, editing, or publishing, and basically help you in any way I can to help you become the writer/author you want to be :)

Training & Qualifications
I hold an MFA in Writing Popular Fiction (so I am much more helpful to those interested in commercial fiction than those interested in literary fiction; I also know a good deal about non-fiction, however).
I've been a professional fiction editor since 2008.
I am an indie author.
