My partner, Micayla, and I have been offering couples communication sessions for several years now. Our sessions are crafted from our own real-life, direct experience with interpersonal communication styles. We are not formally trained in therapy, and we both believe that is an advantage, not a detriment. Couples we have worked with come away with an enhanced ability to hear each other, (not just listen). The biggest problem with communication is the assumption that it actually happens. We too often assume we know what our partner is saying (but this is assumed from our own point of view, not our parterns'.)

We are Lifestyle friendly, and specialize in Polyamory. All of the communication strategies we espouse are the foundation of our own relationship, and many are discussed at length in the book "More than Two," which is the best manual for successful relationships (both monogamous and polyamorous) that we have ever come across.
