Ive had two strokes in the past with full recovery of limbs and speech. Im pretty physically active. Alot of it comes from changes I made to my diet. :) come on I'll teach you!

Training & Qualifications

I have had two strokes, both times leaving the hospital ignoring docs to have complete use of my limbs, and pretty active still. I have changed alot of what I eat to keep myself physically and mentally healthy.
