Meet up with me at the north Kansas city public library and I will teach you how to knit. Any experience level is welcome. I can do some pretty advanced techniques as well as beginning basics. Please bring your own knitting needles, yarn and scissors. I recommend size eight needles and worsted weight yarn. Wooden or bamboo needles are good for first timers as they hold the stitches on better, though you can start out with metal needles; I did. I can provide any other equipment you might need for the session. The session will take as long as it needs to for you to learn your skill, but the cut off before we try again another day is an hour and a half. I am not comfortable trying to teach over skype, knitting is a very hands on hobby.
