However there are some cavets. I am not a trained Therapist. It can often help to have someone to talk to when you are down, But if you are having suicidal thoughts, and are in the US, call 1 800 273 8255 or text 741741 . If you are in another country, you should also have a suicide hotline available to you as well and should look it up.
Availability & Preferences
Weekdays I am available in the mornings, and weekends I am available all night and in the morning.
