I’ve been learning some things...
The basics when I was a volunteer getting dogs past the effects of their situations and ready to be adopted... ( some would cower, others would lash out abit) and with affirmation training and specific cues
That seems to comfort and reassure
I’m still getting our rescue Millie acclimated and less leash reactive and think that some pack training... me first and then Millie and another dog to builds on some skills.... also there is a course that Misha took that you can take a look at and see if some of those things may help your forever dog find comfort and calmness beyond their own stuff...
cheers!!! I did click on virtual and haven’t trued it yet... but the training is really simple things that the owner learns so my thought is with a live stream I can adjust a recommend as I would... and I’ll show you with my dog what and how to hold leash
