I will arrange a 30 or 60 minute video chat with you and offer:
A kind ear for whatever is going on.
Collaborative mini-assessment of what you need from a listener.
As suits you: re-framing, supportive feedback, or creative ideas about how to address anything that we discuss in the session.
We'll start by asking ~ What brings you to ask for support? After identifying the main issue, we'll set up the structure: do you want to talk freely with no prompts or feedback? Would you like to be asked some focusing questions? Would you like to hear suggestions for ways to cope or new ways to see the situation? At the end of the session, we'll wrap up with a little review of what we've touched upon and whether you might have a new idea, inquiry, or quest about it.
My introductory offer: 25 simbi for half an hour, 50 simbi for an hour. Thanks!

I am a Master's level Expressive Arts Therapist with all the needed education and experience for licensure as a Therapist ~ but not the license!
