Is your organization having troubles coming up with a single mission and plan? For example, a startup partnership, activist group or non-profit. Do you all have a large vision or major goal in common, but can’t get over smaller differences and get to work? I’ll listen to the goals and vision of each person, then attempt to help you engage each other's needs and develop a strategic plan that helps you move forward.
This is 60/Simbi per hour, 120 Simbi for an expected 2 hour total. Very local (Berkeley/BART) or Skype/Hangout.

Training & Qualifications
Experience:
On the strategic planning side, I’ve started a few small successful businesses (a vegetarian cafe, a carpool & roomshare startup that has lasted more than 10 years), worked for other people's startups, and been involved with many, many hackathon and early-stage projects. I've also played a key role in a few activist groups. I enjoy listening to both sides, and often find myself the person that both sides go to.
