I've always been a fairly introspective person, in recent years I've really looked at myself and why I do have certain behaviours. And with increased awareness of these behaviours I have been able to modify and or eliminate. I have found in my experience that my relationship with God is essential for moving forward in these changes.
Though I am young in my faith and I have a wealth of knowledge in the secular world of psychology.
