I am a certified personal trainer, Holistic Health Coach, and yoga teacher who is here for you. I've helped hundreds of people attain goals of all sorts! If weight loss is your goal, this is the service and support for you. We'll talk activity, nutrition, sleep, hydration, and more to help optimize your health and wellness. The weight loss will just happen. Most individuals I've work with have lost 5% of their body weight in 30 days.
