healing, occupational therapy, healthy lifestyle, art, creativity, the importance of creativity in one's life, the importance of balance in one's life. I also do product reviews related to my profession or products that are of benefit.

My articles are filled with knowledge, inspiration, great advice with a preference towards prevention and developing a lifestyle that promotes health and wellness, peace, unity and meaning.
