I am a professional cheese monger and I love what I do! At home I am an avid hobbyist. I like to sample new hobbys and see what I can create. Some of my most successful interests are cultivating thriving shrimp aquarium and learning how to ferment food at home like sauerkraut, kimchi, kombucha, and hot sauce!

I also like gardening, but unfortunately I have a notoriously black thumb for plants grown in soil. Recently I have gotten really great results from small hydroponic set ups though! Finally producing my own vegetables right out of my own closet of all places!
