I will teach you how to properly and safely lose body fat with nutritional assistance and guidance. I will provide sample meal plans and exercise routines and teach the fundamentals of nutrition and exercise so you will be able to build your own meal plans and routines on your own without the assistance of a trainer or nutritionist. I will also teach you to identify and avoid dieting and fitness fads and pitfalls. Services range from basic assistance to in depth individual guidance with ongoing coaching.
