Everyone has a unique vibration to them, and there is many references to Other Dimensions about in the spiritual community. What if I said that you can change dimensions? Like kindeleni and theta meditations can help you open your own energy vibrations and open your chakaras; what I am wanting to teach is a technique that focuses on your default vibration and show you ways in which you can change your own personal dimensional paradigm by raising your own vibration- and holding it until it becomes your new default paradigm and reality.

I first started this technique because I wanted to change dimensions and realities from the one I am living in. I stumbled upon this technique as it suggested that reality is maluable and by shifting you're natural vibration to a higher frequency and default, you can alter the reality you live in. The practice takes 4 weeks to perform... about 20 min minimum per day to be affective and to start noticing results.

The first time I did this technique, I was wanting to find a way to stop being a hardened spiritual warrior who has a hard time laying down my arms and defenses in order to live and love. I am in the process of doing this again because I backslid on my own practices and vibration... plus there are always spaces for personal improvement.
