I have lots of kitchen knives and I would like them really sharp. I'm not talking about a spinning grindstone and simple knife sharpening tools you see at IKEA. I'm not talking about the kinda sharpening you get at House of Knives. I am looking for the artisan.
So if you have an 8000 grit water stone and know what Aogami Super Blue is...you might be the one.
