I have had to eat gluten free and dairy free. For extended periods of time. If you need to ask "how do I make this recipe without milk" or "what gluten free bread isn't terrible" I'm your girl.
Training & Qualifications
Been there done that bought the t-shirt. Also a wellness coach with clients with food allergies.
Availability & Preferences
Evenings and weekends but for email possibly during the day.
