My name is Robert Millar and my passion in life is fitness. A few years ago 5 or so, I went to the doctor and was told if I didn't make a change I wouldn't make it to 30. I was 25 at the time. So I made a change dropped the weight and now my life is dedicated to helping others make positive changes in their lives and help them reach their goals no matter what they are.
