I can help with any problems that you have with your IT equipment. If you are a business having issues with your POS system, system software or are desiring new equipment or repairs, I am your guy! Simply just someone that has an issue with your computer? I am here for you too! Regardless of the technical problems that we are presented with daily, there is someone here to help: me!
Training & Qualifications
I currently work on the Destkop Support team for a well-known hospital in the area. I graduated with an A.S. in Information Technology from Herzing University in December 2012 and will have a B.S. in Technology Management in December 2016! I have a total of six years in the technology industry ranging from data center tech to desktop support to controlling computer roll-outs.
Availability & Preferences
I am usually free any weekday after 4:00pm and any time on the weekends.
