I got my massage license in 2012 and hypnotherapy certification in 2013 so I've been doing these things for over a decade. I specialize in trigger point therapy which is focusing on the knots in the body to release the constricted blood flow and radiating pain.
I do hypnosis as well, and I love how hypnotherapy goes deep into the psyche to affect lasting behavioral and emotional changes.
Another area I focus on is helping bereaved parents of infant loss with healing from immeasurable grief.
