Due to the nature of my work (both design and development), I've developed a number of issues, including persistent shoulder, neck, and back pain. Currently, I've only been able to afford to get a massage a couple times a year, which isn't nearly enough. I'd love to explore physical therapy and try to solve these ailments, rather than just treat the symptoms, but so far haven't been able to see someone due to my insurance being difficult. Right now I'm looking for anything in the realm of physical and/or massage therapy to help with these issues.

Primarily looking to trade services, mainly web development and jewelry/accessory design, but I'm also great at cooking/baking (including gluten-free and vegetarian options).

I'd love to set up an ongoing exchange type of deal, but I'm open to single-instance trades as well.
