Growing up as a Filipino American, i've learned that people really love our food. If you are looking for something new to wow your dinner guests, or just to fill tummies at home, Pinoy home cooking can be just what you need.
Training & Qualifications
I have been learning traditional Filipino cooking from my Lola (Grandmother) for over 20 years. I have been preparing these dishes for family and friends for about 15 of those years.
Availability & Preferences
With two kids, a wife and a Girlscout troop to juggle, I prefer a few days notice, but I can sometimes be flexible. The Simbi price is for an individual, but cooking party rates can be worked out and are really fun.
