Paul T. Quelet is a Ph.D. student in Atmospheric & Oceanic Sciences at The University of Colorado-Boulder. He studies the atmosphere’s effect on wind turbines and their feedback on the atmosphere working with Dr. Julie K. Lundquist. Paul has worked in wind energy for several years with Siemens Energy, Inc. where he forecasting turbine power production as well as modeled power curve output. He holds a Master’s Degree from Colorado State University in Atmospheric Science where he used mesoscale observations and mesoscale modeling to study small-scale atmospheric effects.

Paul is also an educator for higher learning, with 5 years experience as a college instructor and 10 years experience as a tutor in meteorology, physics, and mathematics.
