Skilled Artist for a Webtoon Comic

I am looking for a greatly skilled artist who is willing to work WITH me in the redevelopment of my webcomic. I am a pretty decent artist, myself, but I am wanting to work more with the writing side and storytelling with words over the illustrations.
There are future plans for this webcomic so I am looking for someone reliable, trustworthy, and just as passionate as I am about this. I have already started the webcomic that is up and I do want to redo the artwork with a better, more in tune artist.
Certain characters I do need to look a certain way so my current characters do need to be redone but better, more... well... you will see it and get a feel for it.
Artist must be able to draw the weirdest things they have ever imagined. Must also be able to follow exact direction so I will be able to upload the comic without issues (all artist credits will be given and linked back to the artist). This comic is not for little kids. I would say 16+ maybe even 13+ but that might be pushing it.
