Active Hope is a practice, like Tai Chi or yoga, which helps us to feel empowered beyond the anxiety, fear & despair we feel about the state of our beautiful Planet Earth.
These 'quick trips' are designed to work as both introductory and refreshers, so it doesn't matter if you don't have any previous knowledge - just bring your curiosity & and open heart.

We meet on zoom every Sunday - usually a small group and people are encouraged to attend whenever they want to - there is no expectation of coming every week - some people come once a month or even once a year...
