I will make sure your short Latin phrases are grammatically correct and idiomatic! You don't want Roman vampires or Vatican representatives laughing at your new tattoo, and you can't trust Google translate to get it right. Trust me. This offer will render short phrases of about 50 words or less; I will translate English phrases to Latin, or correct existing Latin, including custom suggestions to be sure your Latin is the best possible Latin. Even if you're using an ancient quote, you still will want to check; Latin must be adjusted for gender, among other things.

I hold a PhD from Ohio State in Greek and Latin and teach in the Ancient Studies department at UMBC.
