If you give me some photos and tell me what you need. I'm an amateur, so there's things I can do, and things that I'd struggle with.
Things I can do

- Photoshop you/friend into a preexisting picture (it might be noticeable)
- Put people on the moon
- Brighten/Darken people's faces
Things that I will try, but might fail to do
========
- Replace someone's T-shirt
- Take a picture of you and put you on a horse.
