Are you interested in understand both the left and right perspective of a story so you can understand how it effects you? I'm your guy! I have a bias towards facts and generally research both sides, check all the source material, and can sort through the noise to get to the real story underneath.
Ask me a political question and I will do my best to present you with the unabashed, unvarnished truth - PC or not - so you can better understand a situation and form your own opinions about it.
Examples:
- What's the deal with Russia and Trump?
- What does the repeal of the ACA mean?
- Why are people protesting?
- Is [insert story x here] true?
To be clear, I lean left, but I'm more biased towards the facts that any political ideology. I'm a tenacious researcher and talk politics frequently.
Training & Qualifications
I am well read, host a political podcast, and don't have a pre-existing bias toward believing something just because other people do. I wield my skepticism for both stories emanating from the right and left to discern what is and isn't true. I'm not going to tell you what you want to hear, I'm not going to tell you what I think you need to hear, I'm just going to answer your question openly and honestly and give you the ability to make an informed decision on your own.
