I need someone to create a sewing pattern for a uniform top and either sew it for me or walk me through sewing it. I am a novice, like I have used a sewing machine maybe four times in my life and never super successfully. I am willing to learn but this project is somewhat time sensitive. I would supply material costs if you create it.
I can provide pictures of what I'm looking for and more detail if interested :)
